“I’m not angry!” I said… with the angriest tone ever.


Years ago, I was managing a very stressful project.I was working late, sleeping little, and becoming aggressive without noticing it.


One day my manager told me, very gently:“Eric, I think you might need some support.”


I reacted instantly:“I’m fine!”But I clearly wasn’t.


That moment pushed me to learn new habits:


  • short breaks

  • breathing

  • finding small positives

  • letting emotions pass instead of keeping them inside

  • moving my body to recharge


These simple things helped me get back to myself.
