Vision is not a luxury for leaders.Vision is oxygen.
A team without vision feels it immediately.
My meetings… get heavier.
My coaching sessions… get more emotional.
My clients… feel stuck between expectations and uncertainty.
My leaders… try to “stay strong” instead of staying connected.
Because without vision:
• my team works harder,
• my team loses clarity,
• my team starts guessing,
• my team misinterprets silence.
And with vision — even partial, even imperfect:
• my team regains energy,
• my team understands the why,
• my team accepts difficult choices,
• my team trusts the direction.
It is not about having all the answers.It is about being visible, present and human during the unknown.
If leaders do not fill the space with clarity, uncertainty will.
