If you want your team to stay engaged during change, here are 5 things to communicate regularly:

What you know

Even if it is little, it anchors the team.

What you do not know yet

This builds trust rather than fear.

How decisions will be made

People can accept tough news when they understand the process.

How you see the road ahead

Not the final picture, but the next few steps.

How you feel about the situation

Human leadership increases psychological safety.

I learned this during a major transformation a few years ago.

We could not share the full outcome, but we shared the path.

That alone reduced anxiety and attrition.

Vision is not certainty.

Vision is direction.

Which of these 5 do you already do?

Which one do you avoid?
